First, a conversation coat is applied to the Zincalume® steel substrate. This acts as a bonding agent between the steel and the paint primer. It prevents peeling and flaking.
Next, corrison inhibitive primer is applied, giving the product excellent corrison resistance, after which high quality finish paint coat of the required colour is applied.
Computers control the painting process ensureing a high quality consistent finish is achieved. Resulting in a finished product yo can rely on.
It is produced in accordance with Australian standard AS 2728 (Pre-painted organic film/metal laminate products)
